The Facilities Supervisor – Maintenance will have a significant impact on customer experience. The Supervisor will lead technicians, design solutions for challenges, manage outside contractors, be on call for emergencies, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
They will develop plans to achieve engineering departmental goals and be responsible for team leadership, development, and coaching through Performance Management.
This role also leads the technical team in providing reactive and proactive maintenance on all operational equipment and infrastructure within the Amazon Facility.
The role directly impacts site productivity and operational success. Equipment issues can limit capacity and throughput.
