Job description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Facility Supervisor to join our team in KSA-Abha. As a Facility Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of the hospital's physical infrastructure and facilities. This role ensures that all hospital environments are safe, compliant with health and safety regulations, and conducive to providing quality patient care. The supervisor coordinates with various departments to ensure seamless facility operations, manages maintenance staff, and implements preventive maintenance programs.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Facility Management Professional (FMP) or Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) are preferred.
• Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in facilities management, preferably within healthcare or hospital settings.
• Experience in maintenance, safety protocols, and building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety)
