Job summary

A prominent dairy and food company in Jeddah is seeking a Facilities Manager with a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering. The role involves managing preventive maintenance, evaluating electrical systems, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Job description
Key Accountabilities
  • Preventive Technical Maintenance
  • Conduct regular technical inspection on overall building systems involving mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, plumbing & HVAC sections.
  • Update the Facilities Manager on a regular basis regarding the status of all technical issues that has been reported and ensure that all issues are closed before set timelines.
  • Ensure that all depots follow the uniform SADAFCO standards in various locations in accordance with guidelines and policies.
  • Electrical systems Evaluation
  • To conduct overall health check for all electrical systems in each depot across all SADAFCO locations to ensure all locations follow required electrical standards
  • Update Facilities Manager of any upgrade requirements of electrical equipment that are necessary to maintain zero downtime & prevent any loss to business.
  • Co-ordinate with procurement function so as to ensure all new equipment installations are done by the external vendor as per agreed scope of work
  • Safety Standards
  • Ensure through regional teams that depots in all locations adhere to safety standards as per OHSAS guidelines while disposing hazardous materials.
  • Office furniture and supplies (other than JRDC & Manufacturing)
  • Responsible to ensure availability, maintenance and repair of all office furniture in all locations as per the standards laid down.
  • Ensure availability of all office supplies in all locations.
  • Catering (other than JRDC & Manufacturing)
  • Responsible to manage the cafeteria services in all depots are per the internal policies & agreements signed off with the vendor in all locations.
  • Internal movements (other than JRDC & Manufacturing)

Ensure that all internal physical office movements in various locations are executed as per agreed plans in coordination with regional facility team members

Job Requirements
  • Educational level: Bachelor in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum - 3 years of relevant experience
  • Languages: English, Arabic spoken, reading and writing
