Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Façade Manager to lead façade design, coordination, and delivery across a high-profile, multidisciplinary development program that includes residential, commercial, tourism, cultural, and infrastructure components.

The Façade Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of façade systems, ensuring innovative, high-performance solutions that meet architectural intent, technical requirements, sustainability standards, and local regulations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage the design and technical development of façade systems including curtain walls, cladding, glazing, louvers, canopies, and shading devices.

• Oversee façade engineering, material selection, thermal performance, wind loading, and structural integration.

• Coordinate closely with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and contractors to ensure seamless façade integration.

• Review and approve façade shop drawings, mock-ups, performance tests, and material submittals.

• Ensure compliance with international standards, local codes, fire safety, acoustics, and sustainability requirements.

• Lead façade-related workshops, technical reviews, and value engineering sessions.

• Monitor fabrication and installation processes for quality, safety, and program alignment.

• Support risk management, change control, and resolution of technical issues during construction.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in façade engineering, design, and construction management.

• Strong technical knowledge of façade systems, materials, and performance standards.

• Proficient in façade design and analysis software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, and FEM tools.

• Experience with façade testing protocols (ASTM, CWCT, NFPA 285, etc.).

• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:

• Master’s degree or specialization in façade engineering or building physics.

• Professional certifications (e.g., CEng, LEED AP, IStructE) are an advantage.

• Experience with iconic or complex architectural façades, especially on mega or giga projects.

• Familiarity with digital design tools and parametric workflows.

• Bilingual proficiency (Arabic/English) preferred.
