About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for F&B Coordinator for F&B Department to join Jumeirah Group.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Responsible for all administrative work in the F&B office.
  • Responsible to raise purchase requests concerning F&B operation when required.
  • Ensures that daily revenue report is copied to the F&B Team.
  • Updates F&B Generic SOPs through Mercury as required and maintain up-to date hard copies of all F&B generic SOPs.
  • Prepare monthly Attendance sheets for the F&B administration an ensuring prompt submission to Payroll Department.


About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Essential

  • 2 years’ experience in administration role
  • Business English level, Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications


Desired:

  • Preferred to be experienced in luxury hospitality.
