We are looking for ambitious professionals to join our rapidly growing team in MENA at the Consultant level. Your key responsibilities

As a Consultant in the strategy consulting practice, you will participate in work streams and engagements, translating client needs into project tasks and deliverables. You will work closely with clients to define objectives and scope of engagements, in consultation with your seniors. Your work will primarily involve strategy-related projects such as long-term strategy roadmaps, growth strategy, market entry & expansion, go-to-market strategy, digital transformation projects, commercial due diligence, and greenfield projects.

Your clients may include global corporations, governments, public entities, family conglomerates, and sovereign wealth funds. The EY-Parthenon Strategy team typically works directly with C-Suite executives on strategic and transaction decisions.

Skills and Attributes

You should be able to develop business strategies using tools like market analysis, customer research, macroeconomic forecasting, and portfolio optimization. You will review transaction rationale and deal documents to identify critical issues and risks. You will analyze large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data to develop actionable plans and goals.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• A bachelor's degree from a top-ranking university.
• At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in consulting or strategy-related roles within sectors such as Government and Public sector, Digital/AI, Financial Services, Energy, and Industrials.
• Ability to assess industries, products, markets, competitors, and customers to identify risks and opportunities.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic, including effective communication skills in writing and speaking.
• Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the MENA region, approximately 25-50% of the time.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• An MBA or Master’s degree from a top-tier business school.
• Previous experience in client advisory or strategic planning, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
