The winner of the EY MENA NextGen Women Competition will receive:

• The opportunity to represent EY MENA on a global stage at the Global final
• A promising full-time job offer at EY though EY-Parthenon.

But that’s not all… Runner-ups will also have the opportunity to kick-start their professional journey with potential internships or full-time roles at EY.

Eligibility Criteria

• Possess an Undergraduate degree completed in 2024 or before June 2025 with no more than six months of relevant work experience.
• Hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking and Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Econometrics, Engineering, Computer Science or other relevant areas.
• Available to join EY in September.
• Female Nationals from KSA, UAE, Jordan, Egypt, Bahrain and Lebanon
  KSA Nationals to join Riyadh or Jedah office.
• Please note in advance that being selected as winner of the MENA competition necessitates your commitment to attend the Global final in early November 2025, which is held outside of the MENA region, location TBC.

How to apply

• Ready to take the leap and discover your true potential? Start by submitting your application.
• If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to a virtual HR interview and given access to an English and Aptitude online assessment.
• After completing the assessments and HR interview, you will also participate in an interview with EY-Parthenon team to qualify for the MENA competition.
• Finalists will compete in the MENA competition in Riyadh in September 2025, engaging in both individual and group activities to determine the winner.
• Regional winners from all around the world will meet in November 2025 for the Global final, participating in various activities and attending the Global award ceremony where the Global champion will be announced.
