The External Assistant Auditor plays a crucial role in supporting the Audit Team by assisting in the execution of external audits for various clients within the financial services sector. The Audit Assistant will be responsible for gathering and analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the audit process. Responsibilities
  1. Assist in planning and executing external audits for clients in the financial services industry.
  2. Gather and analyze financial statements and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  3. Conduct fieldwork and interviews with client personnel to understand business processes and controls.
  4. Prepare detailed working papers and documentation to support audit findings.
  5. Identify areas for improvement in clients\' financial processes and controls.
  6. Collaborate with senior auditors to develop audit strategies and methodologies.
  7. Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
  8. Participate in client meetings and present audit findings to stakeholders.
  9. Assist in the preparation of audit reports and recommendations for clients.
  10. Support the audit team in administrative tasks and project management as needed.
