Job description

Jamjoom Pharma has in a very short span of time emerged as one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in the Afrasia region. The geographical focus of the company is on countries in the Middle East, Africa, and CIS regions. Strategic focus on selected therapeutic categories has contributed to the rapid growth, market acceptance, and overall success of the company.


Role Summary:


Responsible for ensuring continuous, timely support of required technical and administrative documentation for respective APIs / DSs / RMs to ensure that Jamjoom Pharma product submissions comply with guidelines and meet the timelines as per the annual registration plan. This involves maintaining healthy relationships and strong follow-up with internal and international departments, regulatory associates, and respective active substance manufacturers/vendors/suppliers.


Responsibilities:


  1. Execute all processes in SAP (sales order, delivery order, invoice, and shipment) with stakeholders to ensure all SKUs’ information is valid.
  2. Issue invoices and prepare necessary documents such as SFDA and customs approval, COAs.
  3. Communicate and follow up with cargo forwarders and transporters to proceed with export shipments according to target service levels, costs, SFDA-GMP guidelines, and standards.
  4. Coordinate daily with planning, sales, finance, quality, and other departments regarding product availability, payments, product release, and corrective actions when necessary.
  5. Respond to customer and commercial inquiries about orders, changes, and cancellations.
  6. Ensure product delivery dates align with customer requirements and contribute to achieving OTIF targets.
  7. Arrange Reference Standards/columns from USP/BP for lab analysis at the customer’s MOH.

Qualifications:


  1. Saudi National is preferred.
  2. Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
  3. Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in Logistics, Sales operations, or Supply Chain.
  4. Proficient in IT and digital tools, including data analysis tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, MS SQL, or similar.
  5. Expertise in regulatory and scientific knowledge for product registration, renewal of marketing authorizations, and variations as per current regulations in Saudi Arabia, GCC, and other countries.
  6. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  7. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with diplomacy to negotiate conflicting priorities.
  8. Experience with SAP ERP is advantageous.
