The Export SalesDirector will lead the company’s international sales strategy, drive revenue growth across target export markets, and manage distributor/partner relationships. The role is responsible for expanding the company’s global footprint, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring profitability across export channels.

Key Accountabilities
  • Design and implement export sales strategies aligned with company goals and market dynamics.
  • Identify and evaluate new markets and partners through market research, feasibility analysis, and market entry planning.
  • Recruit, manage, and support international sales teams and distributors to ensure performance, compliance, and consistent brand representation.
  • Set sales targets for each market or partner, track performance, analyze variances, and take corrective action as needed.
  • Lead pricing discussions, negotiate payment terms, and finalize trade agreements with international clients and partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key international customers to drive long-term business growth.
  • Prepare annual budgets and sales forecasts for export markets and oversee performance versus targets.
  • Ensure full compliance with international trade laws, export documentation requirements, and customs regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as supply chain, finance, marketing, and product development to ensure smooth execution of international sales operations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in export sales, including leadership roles.
  • Proven success in expanding into new markets (preferably across MENA, Africa, Europe, or Asia).
  • Experience in managing distributors, agents, or key accounts in multiple countries.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations, INCOTERMS, and logistics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
