We are looking for a great Expansion Manager in Saudi Arabia who will handle all our expansion efforts within the Middle East region and is eager to learn new things every day.

What you will do
  • Contact potential partners — acquirers and banks — and build relationships with them.
  • Negotiate and execute commercial partnerships and agreements.
  • Work with internal teams on operations, product, technology roadmaps, and integration of partnerships.
  • Analyze performance results and optimize accordingly.
  • Improve operational capabilities for different payment methods.
  • Stay informed about local regulatory and licensing requirements and their impact on our business.
  • Collaborate closely with merchants and the commercial team to develop key products.
  • Maintain personal networks, participate in professional organizations, attend conferences, and industry events.
  • Coordinate with local lawyers, accountants, and tax experts to ensure smooth operations.
  • Engage with regulators and stay updated on local regulations.
What we are looking for
  • Someone adaptable to constant change in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, a self-starter, willing to work across time zones with international teams.
  • Proven experience in payments or other financial systems, preferably in North Africa.
  • Successful track record in partnering and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Extensive experience negotiating and executing contracts and agreements.
  • Established relevant business networks.
  • Willingness and ability to take strategic, calculated risks based on deep partnership understanding.
  • Team player capable of leading projects or contributing effectively as part of a team.
  • Curious, positive attitude, and proactive mindset.
  • Thorough knowledge of the North African market.
  • Technical knowledge is a plus.
  • Commitment to compliance and understanding of regulatory environments in North Africa.
