Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Understand, reflect & practice IFFCO’s vision & values.
  • Controls and supervises the normal operation.
  • Controls and monitors, checking of attendance of personnel.
  • Responsible for developing newly hired workers and labor.
  • At IFFCO, the Manufacturing Process Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving production processes and operational standards across IFFCO facilities. A core focus is on the creation and governance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and comprehensive process documentation that support operational excellence and consistency across production lines.
  • The engineer utilizes IFFCO's standardization and improvement tools such as:
    • GSTD (Go See, Think, Do) – for practical, floor-level problem-solving and root cause understanding.
    • PFA (Process Failure Analysis) – to systematically investigate process failures and drive corrective actions.
    • PMOC (Process Management of Change) – to manage and validate any modifications in processes while ensuring business continuity.
    • BDA (Breakdown Analysis) – to monitor equipment reliability and minimize production downtime.
  • These tools are vital in reinforcing IFFCO’s culture of continuous improvement, safety, and quality assurance while optimizing cost and resource efficiency.
  • Must have strong knowledge in process analysis, process development, process optimization, and process documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving & negotiation skills.

Work Experience Requirement
