Company Description

Southern Province Cement Company (SPCC) was established by royal decree in 1978 as a share-holding company. The company started with Jazan Cement Plant in 1981 and has expanded over the years to meet high cement demand. SPCC built new plants in Bisha and the Tahamah Plant in the Makkah region, with modern production capacities. The company's headquarters are located in Abhā, where this role will be based on-site.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Abhā for an Executive Secretary to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Executive Secretary will manage clerical tasks, provide executive administrative assistance, handle company secretarial work, and ensure effective communication. The role involves organizing meetings, managing the CEO's schedule, handling correspondence, and providing customer service support.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Prioritize and schedule engagements, ensuring optimal time management.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing materials for the CEO.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage emails, calls, and official correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
  • Draft, proofread, and format reports, proposals, and executive summaries.
  • Organize and coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and leadership events.
  • Maintain confidential records, legal documents, and company files.
  • Coordinate withsenior management, board members, investors, and clients.
  • Handle sensitive business information with utmost confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, governance, and ethical standards.
  • Perform any other similar tasks or responsibilities that fall within the scope of his work and based on any request from the CEO.

Additional Tasks

  1. Perform any duties Requested by direct manager.
  2. Apply Total quality management requirements & procedures.
  3. Apply all requirements of integrates system of quality, environment, Safety & industrial health as per the requirements of ISO 14001/2015 - ISO 45001/2018 - ISO 9001/ 2015
  4. Commit to the declared tasks in the emergency plan in case of emergencies.

Job Specifications

Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, communication or any related filed.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience as Executive assistant or secretary.

Computer Skills:Excellent Proficiency in using all MS Office Package

Language Skills: Very Good command of English
