Job description

  • . Develop and manage unique pastry offerings suited to each outlet’s identity—grab-and-go items for the café, artisanal baked goods for the bakery, and plated desserts for the fine dining restaurant.
  • Lead, train, and supervise the pastry team across all locations, ensuring consistency in quality, presentation, and operations.
  • Maintain hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with HACCP and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with outlet managers and culinary leadership to align dessert menus with overall brand positioning and seasonal promotions to attract new customers and boost the revenues
  • Monitor and manage food costs, inventory, waste, and labor efficiency across outlets.
  • Stay current with industry trends and continuously innovate with new recipes and techniques.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and efficient use of all pastry equipment.
  • Oversee production schedules and ensure timely preparation and delivery of pastry items to each outlet.
