Job description

The Executive – Operations Administration will support the daily operational and administrative functions of the Park Operational departments. This role focuses on document control, scheduling, procurement support, and general administration to ensure smooth coordination and compliance across all areas.

Job Responsibilities
  • General Administration : Provide day-to-day administrative support, organize and maintain records, and assist in preparing reports and communication materials.
  • Document Management : Manage operational documents, maintain version control, and support document control processes.
  • Team Coordination : Maintain attendance records, support onboarding, and coordinate leave requests and HR documentation.
  • Procurement & Inventory Support : Raise purchase requests, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Quality & Audit Support : Prepare audit documentation, track QMS compliance, and report issues.
  • Smart Park System Assistance : Update system templates and entries, and coordinate data input and reports.
Requirements
  • High School Certification; management certificates preferred but not essential.
  • Theme Park experience essential.
  • Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with document management, workflow automation, procurement software, and quality management principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
