We are seeking an experienced Executive Office Manager to provide high-level administrative support, manage executive schedules and communications, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments with executive leadership.

• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.

• Draft and format internal and external communications, memos, and reports.

• Utilize Microsoft Office and tools such as ChatGPT to support executive-level tasks.
