Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Office Manager to provide high-level administrative support, manage executive schedules and communications, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments with executive leadership.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
  • Draft and format internal and external communications, memos, and reports.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and tools such as ChatGPT to support executive-level tasks.
  • Maintain organized and confidential filing systems for executive documents.
  • Track department deliverables and ensure timely updates from business units.
  • Coordinate across departments to collect data, updates, and progress reports.
  • Monitor operational tasks and prepare periodic status summaries.
  • Follow up on strategic initiatives and assigned action points with directors.
  • Assist in preparing high-level presentations and documentation for internal use.

Qualifications
