Job summary

Qiddiya seeks to establish and lead a Workplace Capital Delivery & Technical Services capability to translate workplace strategy into world-class environments. The role oversees governance, standards and delivery across design, engineering, sustainability and programme management, reporting to the Executive Director, Workplace.

The successful candidate will drive executive oversight of project performance, budget, risk and stakeholder engagement while embedding lifecycle thinking and wellbeing

Qualifications

• 12+ years' experience leading corporate real estate, workplace transformation or capital delivery within a large organisation or consultancy.

• Build and lead the Workplace Capital Delivery & Technical Services function with governance and delivery frameworks.
