About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Housekeeper in Saudi Arabia, on a remote island location.

  • Ensure proper inventories of linen, uniforms, and equipment in line with audit standards to manage costs.
  • Enforce safety, emergency, and fire prevention procedures according to Jumeirah standards to ensure guest and staff safety.
  • Oversee control of cleaning and guest supplies, including receiving, recording, handling, and storage to minimize losses and optimize resource use.
  • Coordinate with other departments to monitor service quality, discuss operational issues, and ensure timely repairs.
  • Participate in preparing the Annual Business Plan and ensure all housekeeping tasks meet brand standards.
  • Develop and implement modern cleaning methods and equipment to ensure high-quality cleanliness and performance.
About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10–12 years of experience in luxury housekeeping operations, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Opera Version 5 and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in project management, team organization, and results delivery.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams with cultural sensitivity.
  • Attention to detail, flexibility, and adaptability to change.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to influence and motivate.
