Job Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor performance and recommend or initiate disciplinary or other staffing/human resources-related actions in accordance with company rules and policies.
  2. Alert management of potentially serious issues.
  3. Ensure all staff are properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their respective job duties.
  4. Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments, including Front Office, Maintenance, and Food and Beverage.
Qualifications:
  • University Degree / secondary education / equivalent
  • Must be able to speak local language(s).
  • Strong leadership, team building, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • 10 years of housekeeping management experience.
  • Able to manage resources and inventory.
