Overview

The Executive Director of Master Planning & Design at ROSHN is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping, leading, and safeguarding the creative vision and design ethos across the organization’s development portfolio. This position oversees multidisciplinary teams across Master Planning, Architecture, Interior Design, Public Real Design, Design Review Processes as well as Visualization.

The ideal candidate will be an accomplished architect with a proven track record of visionary design leadership and successful delivery of large-scale masterplans and architectural projects from concept through to substantial completion. The Executive Director must be adept at reconciling ambitious design objectives with commercial, regulatory, and delivery imperatives to ensure the creation of innovative yet viable environments.

Responsibilities

• Driving early-stage concept development
• Providing strategic design direction
• Ensuring rigorous oversight of design quality throughout all project phases
• Ensuring all design outputs align with approved concepts, ROSHN’s strategic vision, brand identity, and design standards

Accountability

In essence, the Executive Director of Master Planning and Design acts as the Chief Architect of ROSHN and manages accountabilities within applicable processes and procedures or as directed by the GCDO.
