Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a highly skilled Executive Director - Delivery to lead the execution of our innovative projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. This pivotal role is critical to the success of our ambitious development goals, driving the project delivery function and aligning it with our organization’s strategic objectives.

As the Executive Director of Delivery, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, from planning through to completion. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a collaborative environment that encourages excellence, accountability, and innovation within our delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the delivery department, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's overall vision and goals.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of all development projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
• Establish robust project governance structures and methodologies to enhance project delivery performance.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine project delivery strategies, risk management frameworks, and performance metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including contractors, regulatory bodies, and community partners.
• Monitor project progress through regular reviews and audits, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Provide regular updates and insights to the executive team regarding project statuses, challenges, and achievements.
• Inspire and mentor a high-performing team by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• A minimum of 15 years of extensive experience in project delivery management, particularly in large-scale development projects.
• Demonstrable track record of leading complex projects successfully from inception to completion.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Strong understanding of project management best practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in risk management, budget analysis, and resource allocation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
