Position Details

Davidson Management Consultants has been mandated to recruit an Executive Director of Research - Mental Health for their client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which owns and operates a chain of mental health facilities across Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking leadership in mental health research with a minimum of 20 to 25 years of experience, primarily with large mental health organizations.

The Executive Director will be responsible for leading the establishment of a Center of Excellence in Health Research, improving patient outcomes, leading clinical research development, establishing research infrastructure, overseeing workforce development, promoting research and innovation, building strategic partnerships, and disseminating research findings into clinical practice.

This is a full-time role; consulting options are also available for Middle East-based candidates. The candidate will develop and implement strategies to achieve the group's vision for excellence in health research, evaluate operational performance, conduct strategic audits, and collaborate with leadership to ensure seamless operational integration.
