Are you a talented and experienced Executive Chef looking for an exciting opportunity in the heart of Saudi Arabia? Our luxury hotel in Medina is seeking a skilled and innovative Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, from menu planning and food preparation to managing staff and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative menus that showcase local flavors and ingredients while meeting guest preferences
- Oversee all food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently served
- Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies to maintain optimal stock levels
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, menu items, and safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
- Monitor food costs and budget to ensure profitability while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations of the hotel overall

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations
- Creative mindset with a passion for creating unique dishes that exceed guest expectations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
