The Executive Secretary provides direct executive support to the Director by managing the daily schedule, arranging meetings, preparing documents and reports, and ensuring professional and confidential handling of all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize the Director’s daily schedule.
Arrange internal and external meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
Coordinate with internal and external parties on behalf of the Director.
Prepare letters, reports, and official correspondence.
Organize business travel and bookings as needed.
Follow up on and execute tasks assigned directly by the Director.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong organizational skills, discretion, and attention to detail.
Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
