Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator Riyadh

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Full-Time

iDoc is an AI-powered telemedicine platform transforming healthcare in the GCC. We&aposre hiring a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Riyadh office and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leadership
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Handle internal communications and day-to-day office coordination
  • Organise company events, maintain office supplies, and manage vendors
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in executive support or office administration
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and business communication
  • Fluent in Arabic (English is an advantage)
  • Discreet, professional, and solutions-oriented
