As an Executive Assistant, your duties include:

  • Financial: Adhere to budget
  • Customer: Manage diaries, book appointments, arrange meetings, and ensure timely arrivals with proper documentation. Act as backup for other Executives’ diaries when needed.
  • Call Management: Handle and screen calls, pass messages promptly.
  • Email Management: Monitor inboxes, take action when necessary.
  • Client Relationships: Maintain good relationships with clients and assistants via phone and email.
  • Internal Processes: Plan meetings, organize logistics, greet visitors, proofread documents, and manage files.
  • Learning and Growth: Exercise confidentiality, comply with policies, build relationships, and assist in organizing events.
