Job Summary

Hakina is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide vital support to the executive team. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about contributing to a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel logistics
  2. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  3. Handle correspondence, document management, and communication on behalf of executives
  4. Organize internal and external meetings and company events
  5. Support with presentations, reports, and executive summaries
  6. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  7. Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders for effective workflow

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  2. 2–3 years of experience in a similar Executive Assistant or Administrative role
  3. Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English (Arabic is a plus)
  5. High level of discretion and professionalism
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital productivity tools
  7. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  8. Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
