Description: Job Title:- Executive Assistant

Location:- Dammam SAU

Role Type :- 6 months contract

Role Summary: Provides high-level administrative and organizational support, acting as a crucial partner in managing time, communications, and responsibilities.

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Advise functional managers or other departments regarding approaches, processes, and procedures in the own field.
  2. Handle communication with colleagues and the business regarding approaches and methods for solving complex problems.
  3. Lead as a project leader of medium-sized projects or contribute significantly to larger projects.
  4. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete; results and impact are expected within 2-12 months after the event.
  5. Plan and coordinate work to ensure senior executives’ priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are followed.
  6. Coordinate complex scheduling, calendar management, and information flow for senior executives.
  7. Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
  8. Maintain executive records, minutes, corporate files, and reports for easy retrieval.
  9. Exercise emotional intelligence in a fast-paced environment requiring tact, agility, and managing upwards.
  10. Use discretion and professionalism when dealing with managers, employees, board members, customers, and the public.
  11. Protect sensitive information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  12. Project professionalism in appearance, demeanor, and reliability.
  13. Perform other related duties as assigned to support department and company operations.

Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies): Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in executive support.

Field of experience: Corporate administration experience.

Technical Skills: Administration, proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, problem-solving, adaptability, and confidentiality.

Education Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma / GED.
