Executive Assistance
Schedule and organize travel requirements, including accommodation, visa arrangements, transportation, itineraries, and venues.
Provide administrative support to the assigned executive, including drafting and dispatching emails, recording meeting minutes, and preparing internal and external correspondence.
Maintain documentation, records, and data according to policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality and secure storage.
Greet visitors courteously, assess their needs, and direct them appropriately.
Manage incoming calls on behalf of the assigned function head, route calls, and take messages as needed.
Track, follow up, and report on status updates and inputs received from team members and other functions.
Policies, Processes, and Procedures
Ensure daily activities comply with policies and procedures.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in systems and processes, considering best practices, business environment changes, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
Qualifications
Knowledge and Experience
No prior experience required or minimal experience preferred.
Education and Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required.
