Kenvue is currently recruiting for the position of Execution Excellence Manager. This role reports to the Head of KSA, dotted to the GCC Head of Execution Excellence, and is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

What you will do

The Execution Excellence Manager is responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing strategies that drive brand growth, enhance consumer engagement, and maximize sales within retail environments. This role requires strategic thinking, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and the evolving landscape of the category in the region/country.

Key Responsibilities

• Category: Incorporate category insights into KSA plans, roll out and track Category Management solutions; analyze data (Nielsen, STT, EPOS) to identify opportunities and develop execution plans to meet OKRs; prepare and present category reviews in GCC Performance Review.
• Customers: Collaborate with key customers and Distributor KAMs; manage customer category initiatives; define roles and working methods with cross-functional teams.
• In-store / shopper-facing: Lead execution of regional guidelines ensuring presence, prominence, and perfect store metrics; develop and implement regional activity calendars; ensure in-store communication; lead distributor partners; deliver POP innovation projects; manage key account and promotion plans.
• Business Planning & Promotions: Support GCC annual business planning; forecast promotional volumes; analyze promotions; manage promoter scheduling, training, and execution.
• Category Insight: Deliver shopper insights-based actions; capture local market insights.
• Brand: Contribute to NPI launch plans; lead regional brand activation reviews; ensure execution of tailored guidelines and strategies; measure promotional impact.
• Budget Management: Monitor and report budget performance; lead brand activation and trade marketing teams within distributor relationships.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related; MBA preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in shopper or trade marketing within consumer goods or health industry.
• Proven success in shopper marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and e-commerce strategies is a plus.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
