Job description

Foreground is partnering with a leading events and entertainment organization in Saudi Arabia to identify a creative and technically skilled Events Fabrication Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing event concepts to life through custom fabrication, using a range of materials and techniques to meet high design and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and construct custom event elements including stages, backdrops, props, and signage.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure fabrication meets event objectives.
  • Utilize techniques such as woodworking, metalworking, CNC cutting, and 3D printing.
  • Source and manage materials, maintaining quality and cost-efficiency.
  • Supervise on-site installations, ensuring safety and accuracy.
  • Perform quality control checks and resolve fabrication issues.
  • Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Dismantle and safely transport elements post-event.

Qualifications:

  • Technical certification or degree in engineering, carpentry, design, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in event fabrication or scenic design.
  • Proficiency in tools and machinery including CNC, welding, and power tools.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and execute complex builds.
  • Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and capable of working under pressure.
