POSITION SUMMARY

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of events from setup through breakdown to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Transport supplies and materials as needed; assist with guest interactions and order taking as part of the event experience.
• Maintain a safe work environment, uphold company policies and procedures, and ensure uniform and professional appearance and communications.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested to contribute to guest satisfaction and business success.

Physical/Work Requirements

Guest Service Experts will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time) and take a hands-on approach to work.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
