About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Event Associate to represent our organization at our booth during a 4-day event. The role involves actively engaging with visitors, demonstrating our products, gathering feedback, and creating content (photos, videos, and testimonials). This is a short-term contract role ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Engage with Visitors
   • Greet and interact with booth visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
   • Provide information about our company, products, and services.
   • Encourage visitors to try product demonstrations and guide them through the process.
2. Content Creation
   • Capture high-quality photos and videos of visitors interacting with the booth and products.
   • Assist in collecting video testimonials and feedback from visitors.
3. Booth Maintenance & Reporting
   • Ensure the booth is organized, presentable, and stocked with promotional materials.
   • Distribute brochures and other marketing items to visitors.
   • Record visitor details, inquiries, and significant feedback.
4. Assist with Marketing Efforts
   • Promote engagement by encouraging visitors to share their experience on social media (if applicable).
   • Support the team with any additional booth activities.
5. Adhoc tasks that the booth might require at the time.

Ideal Profile

Requirements :

• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication and the ability to connect with a diverse audience.
• Professionalism : Presentable appearance and demeanour to represent the brand effectively.
• Tech Savvy : Comfortable using smartphones or cameras for photos, videos, and testimonials.
• Proactive Attitude : Ability to take initiative and engage visitors with enthusiasm.
• Language Proficiency : Fluency in English (Good to know Arabic)
• Reliability : Punctual, dependable, and committed to the full duration of the event.

Compensation :

• 700 to 1000 SAR depending on your interview performance
