• Participate in project bid reviews, client meetings, and post-project evaluations, leveraging your expertise to provide guidance on cost-related matters, assess deviations from estimated costs, and contribute to the organization's efforts to enhance overall cost estimation practices and project profitability.
• Collaborate extensively with interdisciplinary teams, including project managers, architects, and procurement specialists, to compile essential data for comprehensive cost evaluations encompassing elements like materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor provisions.
• Revise and oversee cost databases to mirror the most recent changes in market trends, price fluctuations, and regulatory adjustments, guaranteeing the precision and reliability of cost estimations across the entire span of projects.
• Examine project details and architectural designs meticulously to formulate precise cost estimates for diverse engineering and construction ventures, while upholding financial targets.
• Leverage industry-standard software and tools to produce elaborate cost breakdowns and proposals, presenting findings to stakeholders in a transparent and intelligible manner, and suggesting potential routes for cost curtailment or value augmentation.
