This position reports to

Division Controller-ZC & PSPG

Your role and responsibilities

1. Performing IMG configurations related to Sales & Distribution module: Collaborate with the business to optimize SAP system functionalities, develop custom reports, and coordinate with developers for user-exits and enhancements in sales order, delivery, and billing processes.
2. Customizing OTC process control elements: Set up document types, item categories, schedule line categories, and pricing procedures according to business needs, including handling reverse logistics and customer returns.
3. Supporting business operations: Resolve SAP SD issues, lead project tasks, support global initiatives, and participate in re-engineering exercises. Motivate teams and ensure delivery of projects.
4. Credit management and production support: Configure and support Credit Management features, resolve tickets, and work with users and developers to solve issues.
5. Testing and training: Conduct various tests, support UAT, generate reports, and provide end-user training and workshops.
6. Data management and workflow implementation: Use LSMW tools for data uploads, implement workflows, manage IDocs, and troubleshoot technical issues.
7. Project leadership and SAP migrations: Lead group projects, support VAT and E-Invoicing changes, prepare migration strategies, and assist in data cleansing during migrations.

Qualifications for the role

• Graduate or equivalent Degree in a relevant field.
• SAP SD Certification is a plus.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP SD module.
• Fluent in English.
