Nursing Care Assessment and Documentation: Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing practice standards, utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development.
Quality Assurance and Standards: Ensures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards, measuring health outcomes against patient care goals, and making or recommending necessary adjustments following hospital and nursing division philosophies and standards.
Record Maintenance and Monitoring: Maintains accurate and detailed reports and records, monitoring symptoms and changes in patients' conditions.
Preparation and Assistance with Examinations: Prepares patients for examinations and assists with treatments and procedures.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience for a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
Language Proficiency: Fluently spoken and written English; Arabic is desirable.
Licensure: License to practice from the country of origin.
Certifications: BLS and other relevant LSTC courses as applicable.
