The Role

The ER Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Room (ER) environment. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while adhering to facility policies, procedures, and evidence-based practices. The ER Staff Nurse will triage patients, prioritize care based on urgency, and assist physicians in emergency medical procedures. Ideal Profile
