Job summary

An established industry player is seeking skilled Equipment Operators/Inspectors to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. In this long-term role, you will be responsible for performing inspections on various equipment, including cranes and generators, and maintaining detailed logs. Your expertise in quality control and strong communication skills will be essential in coordinating with maintenance teams and supporting audits. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a solid background in equipment inspection, especially those familiar with Aramco projects. Immediate mobilization is required.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

Perform inspections on equipment (cranes, generators, welding machines, heavy vehicles, etc.) before and during use.

Ensure all equipment complies with project specifications and safety regulations.

Review documentation such as inspection reports, calibration certificates, and maintenance records.

Monitor third-party inspections and certifications where applicable.

Report non-conformities and coordinate with maintenance teams for corrective actions.

Maintain detailed inspection logs and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Support audits and ensure readiness of all equipment for client and third-party inspections.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment inspection in construction or industrial projects.

Relevant certification in QC or mechanical inspection (e.g., CSWIP, AWS, or equivalent is a plus).

Strong knowledge of international standards related to equipment and safety.

Experience with Aramco projects (preferred for KSA-based roles).

Familiarity with inspection procedures, checklists, and reporting formats.

Good communication and documentation skills.
