Job description

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s HSE policies, procedures, and systems in line with local regulations and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
• Ensure compliance with all occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations across the factory.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Lead HSE audits and inspections; ensure closure of non-conformities and incidents with proper root cause analysis.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness and environmental responsibility through regular training, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns.
• Prepare and submit regular HSE performance reports, KPIs, and incident statistics to management.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure permits, inspections, and documentation are in place and up to date.
• Respond to emergencies and lead incident investigations, ensuring proper reporting and follow-up.
