Qualifications

• At least 8 to 10 years of HSE experience in manufacturing, ideally in HVAC.
• Experience in HSE Management Systems implementation.
• Strong background in KSA-specific HSE regulations and compliance.

• Conduct safety audits and inspections with the Sr. HSE Manager.

About the Role

To lead and ensure the strategic implementation of the HSE Management System across SKM operations in Dammam and the broader KSA region, ensuring strict compliance with KSA-specific regulations (SBC, MODON, HSRD), ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 standards, and promoting a proactive safety culture through engagement, risk reduction, and continual improvement.

Responsibilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for training and reporting.
• Proficiency in HSE Management Reporting and technical communication in HSE.
• Analytical skills for risk assessment and incident investigations.
• Ability to assist safety audits with the Sr. HSE Manager and conduct safety inspections effectively, work collaboratively and actively as a team.

Qualifications

• At least 8 to 10 years of proven experience in HSE roles within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the HVAC or industrial sector.
• Proven experience in assisting with the implementation and maintenance of HSE Management Systems (HSE MS).
• Hands-on experience in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Strong background in KSA-specific HSE regulations and compliance standards. (MODON Requirements, SBC and NFPA Standards for factories)
• Hands-on experience in machine safety, ergonomics, and industrial fire prevention.
• Strong Communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in handling, maintaining and tracking the legal compliance, timely liaising and coordinating with management and all stakeholders to ensure the adherence.
