Qualification Requirements

1. More than 5 years of experience in Technical Track financial enterprise solutions.
2. Experience in Intellimatch Technology.
3. Experience in SAP Business Object, Power BI.
4. Experience in integration technologies such as MQ, broker, API, Gateways.
5. Experience in Banking Domain.
6. Experience in Java.
7. Experience in database SQL, scripting, Oracle, MS Access.
8. Experience in operating systems (WIN, UNIX/Linux) to cover the needed functionality.
9. Experience in SDLC (waterfall/Agile) methodologies.
10. Thorough knowledge of banking IT systems and applications.
11. Significant experience in translating business needs into operational systems and operations.
12. Strong knowledge of product/service development, project, and program management methodologies.
13. Good knowledge of banking operations and requirements.
14. Knowledge in web and mobile software architectures.
15. Ability to communicate requirements, updates, and feedback effectively between internal teams and vendors.
16. Participate in system reviews to identify improvements and potential risks.
17. Experience in computer programming, database administration, vendor application support, report development, and application migration.
18. Design solutions for standard change requests (CRs) and projects.
19. Gather, document, and analyze business information and requirements.
20. Provide business consultancy services and advisory.
21. Build the TO BE workflow and document the GAP analysis.
22. Review code, ensure standards are followed, and recommend performance improvements.
23. Support and guide technical teams on design and integration.
24. Define how different solution components will interact.
25. Ensure solution design aligns with application architecture standards and target state.
26. Ensure data architecture aligns with enterprise standards.
27. Proactively initiate solutions to problems in existing designs and implementations.
28. Perform tasks related to business or technical problems on an ad-hoc basis for innovation or production issues.
29. Conduct knowledge transfer and training to team members to ensure process standards are followed.
30. Prepare testing scenarios and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
31. Follow Riyad Bank's standards, policies, and procedures.
32. Use Riyad Bank’s formal processes for reporting, tracking, and resolving problems.
33. Document and track projects or change requests based on methodology and bank standards.
