Job summary

A leading global networking company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing the company's enterprise portfolio by building strong relationships with key partners, system integrators, and clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in enterprise sales, deep knowledge of networking products, and be fluent in both English and Arabic.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales, specifically in networking or telecommunications.
  • Strong connections with Value-Added Distributors and System Integrators in KSA.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise networking products, including switches and access points.

About The Role:

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing TP-Link’s enterprise portfolio in the KSA market. Your primary focus will be on establishing strong connections with consultants, contractors, and the project business sector to drive sales and business growth. You will develop and maintain relationships with key partners, system integrators, and end-users, ensuring TP-Link’s enterprise solutions are effectively represented in the market.

What will you do?

Key Responsibilities:

1.Business Development:

  • Build and manage a strong network of key partners, system integrators, and end-users.
  • Identify, target, and onboard consultants, contractors, and project-focused businesses within the enterprise sector.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the enterprise sector.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for TP-Link’s enterprise solutions.

2.Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and strengthen trust-based relationships with consultants, contractors, and project managers in large-scale developments.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all enterprise clients, providing exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure TP-Link products are specified in major projects and infrastructure developments.

3.Pipeline and Opportunity Management:

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, focusing on large enterprise projects, government contracts, and the commercial sector.
  • Actively track and manage leads and opportunities from the planning phase through to execution and project completion.

4.Consultant & Contractor Engagement:

  • Establish TP-Link’s enterprise solutions as the preferred choice with consultants and contractors.
  • Host workshops, presentations, and product training for consultants, contractors, and system integrators to promote TP-Link’s enterprise offerings.

5.Market Monitoring & Strategy:

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements in enterprise networking solutions.
  • Provide market intelligence to influence product development and positioning.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to develop and launch new products and solutions tailored to the relevant market.

6.Sales & Revenue Goals:

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for the enterprise portfolio.
  • Monitor sales performance and maintain accurate forecasts and budgets.

7.Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work collaboratively with the marketing, technical support, and product teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, market data, and sales activities.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.

What talent do you bring?

Qualifications and preferred skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in enterprise sales, specifically in networking, telecommunications, or IT infrastructure.
  • Strong connections & reach with (VADs, SIs) and end customers from public and private sectors.
  • Connections with consultants, contractors, and project businesses in the KSA market.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise networking products, including switches, access points, and management software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Knowledge of TP-Link products or similar enterprise networking solutions.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.
