Ce poste exige un haut niveau de responsabilité, avec des qualifications spécifiques en gestion des risques, ainsi qu'une expérience significative en management.

Qualifications

• Licence en gestion des risques ou équivalent est requise.
• Master de préférence en gestion des urgences ou administration des affaires.
• 10 ans d'expérience pertinente, dont 5 ans à un niveau managérial.

Responsibilities

• Contribuer à la conception et à la mise en œuvre de plans de gestion des risques.
• Superviser l'efficacité des activités de gestion des risques et de continuité des affaires.
• Gérer les budgets de la gestion des risques et surveiller leur utilisation.

Job description

Purpose of Job

The job holder is responsible for developing enterprise risk management strategy and related policies, monitoring the development of related functionsâ strategy, overseeing risk assessment results to update ZATCAâs risk appetite, supervising risk management activities effectiveness, maintaining business continuity, securing readiness in facing crisis and recommending needed corrective and improvement actions accordingly. Publish risk and business continuity output reports at ZATCAâs sectors / deputyship level.

Job Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

• Contribute to the design and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management strategic plan, objectives, and goals ensuring alignment with ZATCA strategy
• Set Enterprise Risk Management operational plans and direct implementation securing achievement of identified objectives
• Develop Enterprise Risk Management performance objectives and indicators and continuously monitor progress towards realization of objectives
  
  
  

Budget Management

• Participate in Enterprise Risk Management budgeting cycle and provide input to the budgeting process
• Ensure effective utilization of Enterprise Risk Management budget and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered
• Investigate and propose implementing initiatives that result in positive financial impact for Enterprise Risk Management and mitigate financial and operational risks
  
  
  

Planning & Monitoring

• Develop and communicate Enterprise Risk Management strategy and related policies to provide proper directions during the implementation of related activities
• Monitor the development of corporate risk management strategy, policies and procedures to ensure alignment with ZATCA’s strategic directions and objectives
• Review and validate development of organizational resilience plan and related mitigation plan recommending needed modifications to enhance effectiveness of handling faced corporate risks
• Oversee identified corporate risks, business continuity updates and Key Risk Indicators results to initiate accordingly the update of ZATCA’s risk appetite and tolerance ensuring alignment with ZATCA’s directions and strategy
• Supervise developed Risk Maturity Model and keep track of the maturity assessment and suggest needed improvements
  
  
  

Risk Assessment and Controls

• Monitor the development of risk assessment and controls strategy, policies and procedures to ensure alignment with ZATCA’s strategic directions and objectives
• Oversee developed corporate risk heatmap to form a clear understanding of ZATCA’s risks and initiate accordingly the implementation of needed update to the mitigation plan to minimize facing high risks
• Follow-up on risk and control re-assessment to validate closing of mitigation plans and recommend needed response plans for residual risks
• Supervise the implementation of Risk Maturity Model and recommend improvement actions when needed among ZATCA sectors/ deputyships
  
  
  

Business Continuity & Crisis Management

• Monitor the development of business continuity & crisis management strategy, policies and procedures to ensure alignment with ZATCA’s strategic directions and objectives
• Review and validate business continuity and crisis management plans and recommending needed modifications to secure proper maintenance of business continuity and effective handling of faced crisis
• Oversee business continuity and crisis management plan implementation and identified gaps to recommend accordingly needed corrective actions accordingly
• Oversee Follow-up on conducted periodic testing on business continuity and crisis management plans implementation for tracking purposes and to secure readiness in facing detected disruptions

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, or equivalent is required
• Master’s degree in Emergency and Disaster Management, Business Administration, or equivalent is preferred

An optimal of 10 years of relevant experience, with a preferred 5 years of experience in managerial level
