Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement EPMO frameworks, methodologies, and standards for project management across the organization.
- Oversee the portfolio of projects to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives and business objectives.
- Facilitate project prioritization and resource allocation decisions in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance and progress, ensuring timely reporting and communication of project status to executives and stakeholders.
- Implement risk management processes to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Provide training and support to project managers and teams on best practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and performance.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability among project teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and alignment with organizational goals.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within an EPMO or PMO environment.
- Proven track record of managing a diverse portfolio of projects and achieving.

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall,
- PRINCE2).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PgMP, or similar) is preferred
