Job description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement EPMO frameworks, methodologies, and standards for project management across the organization.
  • Oversee the portfolio of projects to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives and business objectives.
  • Facilitate project prioritization and resource allocation decisions in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project performance and progress, ensuring timely reporting and communication of project status to executives and stakeholders.
  • Implement risk management processes to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Provide training and support to project managers and teams on best practices, tools, and methodologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and performance.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability among project teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and alignment with organizational goals.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within an EPMO or PMO environment.
  • Proven track record of managing a diverse portfolio of projects and achieving.
