Enterprise Customer Success Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia (Hybrid)
Travel will be expected around 25% a month within Saudi Arabia.
Position Summary
We are a global team in Enterprise Success Management in EMEA, working with customers engaged in leading infrastructure and engineering projects. An exciting opportunity has opened to join our fast-growing Middle East team based in Saudi Arabia.
This is an individual contributor role. As an Enterprise Success Manager, you will support our large enterprise accounts to maximize value from our solutions and services, helping them achieve their business outcomes. Your main goal will be to ensure our enterprise accounts optimize their investment in Bentley solutions, delivering sustainable, value-driven growth in consumption and revenue.
Leveraging your industry expertise in infrastructure, business acumen, relationship management skills, and understanding of Bentley solutions, you will act as a trusted advisor to help customers succeed. Your proactive approach will align our offerings with their objectives, drive product adoption, and optimize usage to ensure high customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with various teams within Bentley to develop and execute account-specific plans and represent customer interests to enhance their experience.
Your Day-to-Day
- Capture your accounts' desired business outcomes, prioritize digital workflow improvements, and identify technical opportunities to help achieve these outcomes with Bentley’s solutions, services, and expertise.
- Track and measure the value delivered to accounts through their engagement with Bentley.
- Build trust and communicate the value of Bentley products and services through successful planning and business reviews.
- Promote services that facilitate the adoption of Bentley technologies aligned with account goals, delivering business value.
- Increase consumption and advocacy.
- Lead and coordinate engagements with accounts, working with Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Services, Product Management, and Support teams.
- Continuously develop your skills in Success Management and deepen your understanding of Bentley's solutions impact on the infrastructure industry.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and colleagues via in-person meetings or digital tools such as Microsoft Teams.
- Travel as needed for events, either in Bentley offices or on-site with clients.
What You Bring To The Team
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise customer success roles managing large accounts, or relevant training and experience.
- Experience in the Infrastructure Engineering sector or software vendor industries.
- Experience or certification in engineering design, construction, project delivery, or asset performance, or a strong Success Management background.
- Advisory experience in software configuration, training, development, testing, and deployment, especially on strategic projects.
- Knowledge of organizational change management for delivering change programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, business judgment, and a passion for advocating positive change, remaining calm under pressure.
- Ability to assess situations, determine next steps, and handle confrontation constructively.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal, including presentation skills at the executive level.
