Job Overview
PSC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Architecture Specialist to join our growing team. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic development of our enterprise architecture across multiple locations, including Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The Enterprise Architecture Specialist will play a critical role in aligning IT strategy with business objectives, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency across all systems.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, principles, and standards.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
3. Conduct architectural assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
4. Design and implement solutions that align with the overall enterprise architecture roadmap.
5. Research and evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on the organisation.
6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members.
7. Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT governance processes.
8. Monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of the enterprise architecture.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Professional certifications such as TOGAF, COBIT, or equivalent are preferred. Knowledge and certification in ArchiMate is also desirable.

Experience:

1. 2–3 years of hands-on experience in enterprise architecture, IT planning, or digital transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements:

1. Solid understanding of NORA (National Enterprise Architecture Framework) in Saudi Arabia, including its layers, principles, and implementation methodology.
2. Experience in designing or contributing to target architecture, business capability models, application portfolios, and technology roadmaps.
3. Preferable to have working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture tools, especially iServer, or similar tools such as Sparx EA, MEGA, Bizzdesign, or ARIS.
4. Ability to assess current state architecture and propose improvements aligned with strategic objectives.
5. Strong documentation and visualization skills, with the ability to create architecture diagrams, heat maps, and transition plans.
6. Good understanding of how emerging technologies (e.g., cloud, AI, big data) align with enterprise architecture.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Preferred:

1. Familiarity with national digital transformation frameworks and guidelines issued by SDAIA and NDMO.
2. Experience working on government or public sector projects in Saudi Arabia.
3. Awareness of regulations such as PDPL and initiatives like NDI (National Data Initiative).
4. Knowledge of the ArchiMate modeling language and its use in creating architectural views and diagrams is also desirable.
