Skillspark is currently hiring for a government project in Riyadh, seeking highly skilled professionals in Enterprise Architecture and Digital Transformation. We are looking for senior consultant-level candidates who are passionate about driving change and bringing innovative solutions to complex business challenges.

Skill-Set and Experience Requirements:

Enterprise Architecture Skills:

• In-depth understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Proven experience in developing and implementing enterprise architecture strategies.
• Hands-on experience in managing an Enterprise Architecture office.
• Knowledge of business process modeling and analysis.
• Proficiency in using enterprise architecture tools (e.g., Alfabet).
• Strong ability to align IT strategy with business goals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Digital Transformation Skills:

• Experience in leading or contributing to digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, IoT, Cloud Computing, etc.).
• Ability to assess business needs and recommend digital solutions to improve processes.
• Familiarity with change management and digital adoption strategies.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in designing and implementing digital operating models for transformation efforts.

General Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of IT governance and compliance standards.
• Excellent team collaboration skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential, with fluency in Arabic required.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
