Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in Oracle technologies and a strong understanding of enterprise business applications to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning IT strategy with business goals, designing scalable and secure architecture solutions, and driving digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and roadmaps.
• Lead the design and implementation of Oracle-based solutions (e.g., Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS).
• Evaluate and integrate other business applications (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) to ensure seamless interoperability.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into technological solutions.
• Ensure architecture compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards.
• Provide guidance on application modernization, cloud migration, and data integration strategies.
• Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed changes to the IT landscape.
• Mentor and support solution architects and technical teams in project execution.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on Oracle technologies.
• Proven experience in large-scale ERP implementations and integrations.
• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
• Experience in cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, Azure, AWS) and hybrid environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Mining or industrial sector experience is a plus.

Preferred Certifications:

• Oracle Certified Master / Professional
• TOGAF or equivalent EA certification
• PMP or Agile certifications (optional but beneficial)
