Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive enterprise architectures that align with strategic objectives, governance models, and operational frameworks.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders using TOGAF principles and NORA frameworks to address strategy, organizational alignment, and governance.
- Lead the selection and implementation of the most effective enterprise architecture approaches, improving overall organizational effectiveness and agility.
- Collaborate with teams to define architecture standards, ensuring interoperability and governance structures are established and maintained.
- Promote architecture-driven thinking throughout the organization, driving governance decisions that enhance the role of enterprise architecture.
- Manage technical issues between stakeholders and agencies, ensuring smooth coordination and resolution of any challenges.
- Share best practices and lessons learned across projects, fostering stakeholder relationships and building a cohesive EA culture.
- Oversee project governance arrangements, facilitate post-project reviews, and lead workshops to ensure effective execution and learning.
- Monitor project statuses, resolve issues, and track SLAs to maintain high service quality and project success.
Certifications & Skills:
- TOGAF Certified: Expertise in applying TOGAF principles to guide architecture development and strategy alignment.
- NORA Frameworks Expertise: Deep understanding of interoperability and governance frameworks, enabling seamless communication across systems.
- Strong background in process improvement techniques, software engineering, and project management to drive EA success.
- Skilled in reviewing and developing software architecture documents, technical design documentation, and consulting on application-related matters.
- Proficient in designing and implementing interoperability frameworks with a focus on data storage, access, sharing, and cross-application capabilities.
- Experience developing and refining reference models to support enterprise-wide architecture strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage teams, energize stakeholders, and convey complex ideas simply and directly.
